New Copper on Spire


They have finished re-coppering the spire to St James Church, it is nice and new and has not had a chance to get the verdigris effect.

  2. Oh that must have cost a pretty penny or two. What an improvement it will be as far as looks goes when it turns bright green.

  5. Years ago, I wasn't a fan of the green corrosion on copper but now I prefer seeing that weathered look.
