Best Sydney Jacaranda

This is not the best photo of it and it has not hit its peak here BUT in the courtyard below St Marys Cathedral is the best Jacaranda in Sydney (in my humble opinion). Cardinal George Pell has been looking after it.

  1. I think any of the situations where the jacaranda is offset against a sandstone building makes for a jolly good show.

  2. mmm ... this sounds like another of your dastardly challenges, Peter!

I suppose only one (1) tree is allowed - not a row? Hard to go past the row along Victoria Barracks. Or the row from the overhead rail to the MCA.

For a single tree, it is hard to go past the tree within Main Quad at USYD. Or the single tree outside the chapel at Pymble Ladies' College ... now I suppose I have to provide evidence ... *groan* ... awww ... okay ...
