This is the starting place for the Bridge Climb, under the bridge in Cumberland Street. A cheaper option is a climb up the South Eastern Pylon - with a comparable view.
It is actually a bit of an effort, yes Jim I did it in an official capacity - a crane dropped a pallet load of gray paint and I had to take some photos of the shackle that failed.

ReplyDeleteMy question exactly. One of these days I'm going to climb the pylon. Would love to climb the bridge but don't know if my knee would hold up.
