The newly refurbished federal and state law courts in Macquarie St. The two coats of arms are on the window.
The Australian coat of arms has the kangaroo and the emu holding a shield while the NSW has the lion and the roo.
The NSW motto contains the Latin inscription "Orta recens quam pura nites" which, in English, means "Newly risen, how brightly you shine".
Quite modern looking, which you'd expect.
