This building should be resumed by Sydney Council and the State Government and converted into public housing. It is criminal that millionaire capitalists should be able to "squat" on property such as this while there are people who cannot afford housing. There needs to be a time limit on how long owners can keep buildings in this state, and this building is long overdue.
Give it time, I'm sure it will be, everything else down there is.
