Here is the start of a beautiful walk north of Sydney.
First you need to catch a ferry from Palm Beach to Patonga.
Patonga is an isolated village in one of the bays of the Hawkesbury River.
It has a campground and a restaurant.

Out in the paddock some Eastern Grey Kangaroos. Near Pokolbin.

Yep, it is spring, all the vines are budding.

Just spent a weekend in the Hunter, about 3 hours drive north of Sydney, the premier wine country of NSW. Wedding party stopped along a road for pictures.

The Boxer Damoxenus Statue

In the Royal Botanic Gardens is a pair of sculptures titled the Boxers.
The marble copies are from the original boxers statues, "Kreugas and Damoxenus" by Italian sculptor, Antonio Canova (1757-1822) now in the Vatican
